Update: Paul helped me and my mother again this year - and it was much more complicated due to insurance changes, but Paul walked us through it and got it done!! He's very patient and sticks with it until every company does what they are supposed to do. So thankful for his help!I'm so glad I was given Paul's name when needing to find a new plan for my mother's Medicare!
