My mom (88 years young) broke the screen on her phone. Took it to the new local phone repair shop. Said it was an antique and not worth fixing. Mom doesn't want a new phone. Went to Smartphone ER, owner ordered a new screen over night and was fixed the next morning. She even got a spare screen in case mom broke it again.This is a family business. Extremely courteous, fast and knowledgeable.I highly recommend Smartphone ER!

I have taken 2 iPads in the past and most recently an iPhone. The repairs are always completed quickly, the quality is excellent, and my devices always work like new. Highly recommend!
