To accommodate this, I had also booked a non-refundable flight and hotel in Virginia. I was told that if I wished to maintain my appointment slot, Fongod recommended a different type of skin rejuvenation procedure than the one we agreed on. Later that same day I attempted to contact the clinic, but my attempts were met with indifference and ignorance. The clinic seems to rely on an automated texting service, where they text back in response to phone calls. Despite sending multiple texts expressing my willingness to proceed with the NEW recommended procedure, I received no response. I even left a voicemail, urgently requesting confirmation due to my impending flight, yet my pleas were met with silence. Did a horrible job and I went back home and complained to Dee and she tried taking up for her colleague. I explained I spent a huge amount of money on these sessions and I knew for sure she did a bad job cuz there is no way in under five minutes she was done given the areas up for laser. She went on to say let’s give it two months and see how the body responds and if not she will be giving a free treatment. Trust me when I say the hair certainly grew back within weeks because those areas had not been lasered during the last session. That was a complete waste of my hard earned money. Just so you know a session for me cost $500 so it’s no small money to pay and don’t get the results you’re looking for. Came in for the fourth session and Dee asked how the body was responding and when I explained I didn’t get the results as from the last two as I already knew from the last session she again was trying to justify the bad work done by Ellie. I have been coming to Delight Medical & Aesthetics after finding their page on Instagram. I'd been interested in getting laser hair removal in a few area's due to how sensitive my skin is but I had a lot of questions about the process, cost, pain level, ETC! I came in for a consultation shortly after messaging over Instagram regarding my concerns to ensure my skin would not be too sensitive for the laser. I'm so happy I just went for it. Dr. Dee was so thorough during my consultation and I've been lucky to have her for all of my 4 sessions so far. Most of the reason I enjoy coming to see Dr. Dee is just for the transparency she has when it comes to pain, cost, how many sessions you need, which laser you need, just really everything she does. That was very important to me because I didn’t for one want to walk out looking like a totally different person & I think she understands that fillers are expensive & some may need time to plan this out. I had 30 units of Botox & two syringes of the Juverdermrx to achieve the desired result and went back two weeks later for the final touch. Wonderful welcoming staff. Dr. D and Angela made sure I was comfortable, informed about process of the laser procedure and what to expect after. Spider vein treatment was easy and painless. The cooling part of the laser treatment truly lessened the slight "snap" I expected to feel. Results are awesome! Will be back and have booked Angela for facial too.

Just tried out their newest laser and I have to say, it’s a total GAME CHANGER! I’ve had previous treatments that were tedious and very painful, but this one had an awesome cooling element and was *nearly* painless! Best of all, it works on every skin tone.
