This is a great gym! The coaches are so knowledgable and enthusiastic. I just moved here from out of state and was nervous about starting over at a new gym. Everyone, and I mean everyone, has been super welcoming, friendly, and helpful. If you are looking for a gym family look no further than the community at Crossfit Longmont. I can’t say enough great things about CrossFit Longmont. After not being in a CrossFit gym in almost a decade, I felt immediately welcome by both the coaching staff and the members.The coaching at this gym is top notch. Coaches take you through a foundations class that truly sets you up for success in CrossFit workouts. They also help progress exercises if you are just getting started. CrossFit is for everyone’s and the coaching team at CrossFit Longmont truly makes it feel supported and motivated throughout workouts. If you’re thinking of joining, i highly recommend it!

I’ve been a member at four or five CF gyms going back more than 10 years. I’ve always been impressed with how consistently good CF coaches are. But CF Longmont coaches are even a notch or two above the best CF coaches I’ve worked with in the past. They’re always fully engaged with the class. They never assume everybody already knows how to do a movement. They’re alway looking to improve everyone’s technique and fitness and above all, prevent injury. And they do all that while making it fun for beginners and veterans alike. Oh, and the facility is always clean and the equipment is plentiful and well maintained. I really can’t say enough…
