We contracted a car service and requested a sedan for my wife and I. We went to Napa valley for dinner. The company also provided a complementary bottle of champagne. We found Executive Charters last minute because the company we first booked flaked on us. They helped make our night a success. Thanks to the whole team!

I rented 3 busrs for a weding shuttle last minute and they accomadated last min. Buses were clean and modern. Price resonable. I had never rented buses before nor was i on track with a wedding shuttle. They took care of everything. Next day we did a group wine tour, also fun and a success. They did the itinerary.

We went on a wine tour for my cousins wedding, it was a nice experience. When I called the office the reservation process was a breeze. The VIP Van for our group of 9 was clean and had a Bluetooth connection for us to put our music. Driver was happy to pick up our lunch while we were at the first winery.

Be careful on credit card for holding reservation. I was charged full amount on the day I requested reservation (one week prior to date). After poor/no communication confirming reservation, I had to cancel and book elsewhere, and still have not received credit for the charge.

This is a fake company! Total Scam…they will take your money and not pick you up! I tried to call and the phone number did not even work. Really caused a headache for our trip since now we do not have a ride to our hotel!

Andrew was our driver for our anniversary wine tasting celebration. He did a great job, and was professional and knowledgeable about the area. He even heard us talking about wanting some Red Bull and went to pick us up some while we were at one of our stops! It was a beautiful and comfortable car and the experience really made our wine tasting day great!

Not being from the area, I made lots of calls to different transportation companies. We were coming to Santa Rosa for my son’s wedding. I called Executive Charters. The more I talked to Andrew the better I felt about hiring them. Logistics wise I needed them four different times throughout the weekend. First trip would be from Guerneville to Santa Rosa for 11 people for the rehearsal dinner, Wow, Andrew showed up right on schedule and dropped us off right on time! Dinner was for forty people and we were the hosts! Even got a free upgrade!! Who does that? Saturday, Vince was responsible for getting our entire party (including the groom and groom’s men) to the venue, again prompt service. Vince texted me when he was 25 minutes out so we could all be ready for his arrival. After the wedding I had hired them to take the Bride and Groom away in a classy sedan. Once again did not disappoint!! Both Andrew and Vince were right on schedule! What another upgrade ride? We could not believe our eyes!! Finally I needed two of the Grooms men picked up Sunday morning at 5:00 am in Guerneville so they could get to SFO airport for an early morning flight back to New York. Right on schedule!! The bus driver contacted me to tell me that Andrew lied and that he did not have an emergency and the bus had been vandalized. I called the company a few times to find out what was happening and they stopped answering my phone calls. I never even received a call back from Andrew letting me know that they couldn't find a driver and that my trip had to be cancelled. We were left there a large group ready to celebrate a birthday party until we eventually had to cancel our original plans out of town. It has been a couple of days and I have still not received a phone call from the company nor will they answer any of my calls. I advise to never use this company they will end up ruining your entire trip without even an apology. Less

Driver Mitch was texting while driving. I asked him to stop and he did. Then when we got off he was not kind to one of the ladies in our group. I told him enough was enough, he then called me an entitled young brat. I’m a 13 year veteran of the United States Army and a medical professional...objectivity is what I know. He was disgruntled, angry and rude. No excuse for the service tonight.

We recently used Executive Charters and Limousine for a brewery tour to celebrate a big birthday. The service was excellent all around. The vehicle was comfortable and stocked with snacks and beer for the ride. Our driver was knowledgable and really took care of us without being intrusive. We visited an out of the way brewery with the most awesome beers. Luxury, comfort and adventure!

My experience the day of was good, but afterwards they overcharged my credit card by $10,000. I have contacted them numerous time, but still no response and no credit to my card. It has been over two weeks. I wouldn't trust them!

We hired them for our wedding and provided instructions for the entire day so that the day of would be as stress free as possible. Upon arrival, the first interaction was when the driver approached me (the bride in my wedding dress) and asked for a credit card to put on file before we could do anything. These were the first words out of his mouth before saying hello or introducing himself. I still could not tell you the mans name because in fact, he never did introduce himself. After securing a credit card, he allowed our wedding party to board the bus to be transported to the wedding venue for photos prior to the ceremony. Despite having provided this information, he turns to me again and asks for directions. The venue was about two miles down the road and required only one turn. Despite telling him this and cuing him just before the turn, he missed it and had to go another mile down the road before there was another place to turn around with a large vehicle. This was all cutting into our photo time mind you. When we arrived at the venue, he asked me what he should do next, again despite us having provided a detailed schedule with addresses. After the wedding, he was set to drive between three locations, the wedding venue, the hotel where people were staying, and an after party location. He made this loop successfully two or three times, but on the last loop, never made it back to the venue to pick up the remaining people. My cousins were left there waiting in the cold for over an hour before giving up and having their parents drive back to pick them up and missed the after party completely as a result. Who knows if we ever would have found the driver and bus had my dad (father of the bride) gone out driving to locate him finally found lost in the residential streets and then escorted him back to the after party location. My dad wasted an hour of his time and gas to escort a paid professional driver back on route. If that was the case, why not just have my dad drive a shuttle and skip the middleman? Later, we reserved the shuttle to stay at the after party location and take people home. When we went to leave, he was asleep in the car and we had to knock multiple times to get him to open the shuttle door and let us in. If all of this was not bad enough, now that the date has come and gone and we are settling back in to reality, no one at the company seems interested in returning our phone calls. We have called now four times, three of which, people have said that they will see what they can do and call us back yet we never hear from them. If I can't get anything refunded for my inconvenience and my time wasted trying to talk customer service with them, I can at least save someone else the hassle and heartache. I have used Executive Charters twice and both times were an excellent experience. One was a wine tasting limo tour to Healdsburg, and the other was an anniversary dinner ride. Drivers were friendly and helpful, and I felt the pricing for both trips were fair.
