If they are not out of business, then they should be because I did an online booking and confirmed the arrangements with Andrew prior to the scheduled pick up date. We were at the airport stranded because no one showed to pick us up nor give word that they were cancelling the ride. This was a corporate ride and we did better fighting in line for a Lyft. Should’ve started with that in the first place!

We contracted a car service and requested a sedan for my wife and I. We went to Napa valley for dinner. The company also provided a complementary bottle of champagne. We found Executive Charters last minute because the company we first booked flaked on us. They helped make our night a success. Thanks to the whole team!

I rented 3 busrs for a weding shuttle last minute and they accomadated last min. Buses were clean and modern. Price resonable. I had never rented buses before nor was i on track with a wedding shuttle. They took care of everything. Next day we did a group wine tour, also fun and a success. They did the itinerary.

We went on a wine tour for my cousins wedding, it was a nice experience. When I called the office the reservation process was a breeze. The VIP Van for our group of 9 was clean and had a Bluetooth connection for us to put our music. Driver was happy to pick up our lunch while we were at the first winery.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience with my colleagues last Saturday. The driver was really professional, he arrived on time with a kind attitude. He gave us recommendations about some amazing picture spots in San Francisco and even made a restaurant reservation at a place we could not book ourselves. The bus was clean, and in pristine condition. Definitely booking again for our summer event.

This company is a scam. I booked a van from this company to transport my group of 10 from our VRBO in Healdsburg to and from a bike tour we had arranged about an hour away, in Sonoma. They had me prepay ($500) via Venmo, which was a huge mistake. They never showed up and didn't answer any calls or emails made that day to find out where they were. I did speak to"Josh" a couple of times the following day about getting a refund, and he insisted that "Ashley" was going to process my refund, but it has been 10 days now and no refund and my calls are no longer being picked up and my emails are ignored. I even tried to visit their office location in downtown Healdsburg but it does not exist. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Be careful on credit card for holding reservation. I was charged full amount on the day I requested reservation (one week prior to date). After poor/no communication confirming reservation, I had to cancel and book elsewhere, and still have not received credit for the charge.

Andrew was our driver for our anniversary wine tasting celebration. He did a great job, and was professional and knowledgeable about the area. He even heard us talking about wanting some Red Bull and went to pick us up some while we were at one of our stops! It was a beautiful and comfortable car and the experience really made our wine tasting day great!

My daughter was so happy!!!! We rented a bus from Executive Charters for my daughters Quinceañera event. The bus that showed up was obviously brand new. My daughter was very excited and had a lot of fun in the limousine. The driver was very careful with our kids and let us take a ton of pictures. We had a professional photographer and the big black bus made a big impression. Much better then those old lincoln car limos. Thank you Executive Charters for the awesome experience!!

We had amazing service. We visit often from Los Angeles. We use car companies for airport trips and wine tasting often. After a less then stellar experience with another company we hired executive charters for a pick up at Santa Rosa airport friday and a wine tasting day saturday. Sunday was my friends wedding day and to my surprise he had hired them as well for the shuttling of wedding guests. Over all they seem to be a very established and quality company. I will call them again when we are up here.

I had used EC once before when in the area. This time 18 of us rented a bus for wine tasting. The person on the phone i dont remember his name but was extremely professional. They also made our itinerary. The bus that showed up still smelled new and driver said it was a month or 2 old. It was very fun to be together with freinds as a group and have no hang ups with our plans. Driver also made lunch suggestions and seemed to be very familiar with the general area.

When I went to their office they were very easy to deal with and they showed me their fleet, I was impressed that everything was new. Day of we had a great time and driver was very pro.

Not being from the area, I made lots of calls to different transportation companies. We were coming to Santa Rosa for my son’s wedding. I called Executive Charters. The more I talked to Andrew the better I felt about hiring them. Logistics wise I needed them four different times throughout the weekend. First trip would be from Guerneville to Santa Rosa for 11 people for the rehearsal dinner, Wow, Andrew showed up right on schedule and dropped us off right on time! Dinner was for forty people and we were the hosts! Even got a free upgrade!! Who does that? Saturday, Vince was responsible for getting our entire party (including the groom and groom’s men) to the venue, again prompt service. Vince texted me when he was 25 minutes out so we could all be ready for his arrival. After the wedding I had hired them to take the Bride and Groom away in a classy sedan. Once again did not disappoint!! Both Andrew and Vince were right on schedule! What another upgrade ride? We could not believe our eyes!! Finally I needed two of the Grooms men picked up Sunday morning at 5:00 am in Guerneville so they could get to SFO airport for an early morning flight back to New York. Right on schedule!! All I can say is that Executive Charters, Andrew and Vince gave my family a weekend that we will never forget!!
