I was able to attend the Integrated Striking Class taught by Carlos Condit this evening at Kingdom Muay Thai. It was outstanding! Great instruction by one of the best to ever do it! The gym had a positive and supportive atmosphere. It was clean and safe. Front desk staff was friendly and supportive. Amazing training partners. I highly recommend this gym! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Coach Dana was very welcoming to the women's class. She was super patient with me as someone who had never done any martial arts. She encouraged me to use my strength and it felt safe.Ended up getting a membership that day!!!

The environment is highly encouraging. The coaches are exceptional. My daughter, who is 14 years old, transitioned from wrestling after eight years and feels extremely at ease. Coach Dana, Coach Nick, Coach Jesse, and Coach Marc have all been outstanding. Everyone has been incredibly welcoming.
