Almost one year ago our Family decided to try 360 Defense with Coach Angel. Little did we know the atmosphere would be very family oriented and full of camaraderie. Coach Angel provides sound guidance and encouragement every step of the way on ours and everyone else's journey within 360. I think everyone has their "why" when it comes to a sport or hobby like martial arts. There is never a one size fits all answer.I spent 6 years in a physically abusive relationship before I met my husband. Joining 360 has been part of my healing journey to try to reclaim my power and autonomy. This school has not only given me an outlet, and a way to better myself and build respect for myself, but I stumbled upon my found family. Everyday I come to train, is the time I take for myself as a mother to 3 young children. I am EXCITED to come to class and see the other people I train with.Not only will you find your place at 360 but experienced instructors that care, and take the time to properly teach, and are committed to creating a collaborative atmosphere and giving you the ability to unlock your potential under careful guidance and direction. I love training here. Everyone is supportive and friendly. It doesn’t matter your experience, ability, or age. You are family. If someone told me, someone ready to retire, I would be going with my Krav friends to a haunted house I wouldn’t have believed it but I look forward to the friends I have made and not only training but some other group experiences. Mr. Angel is the best. Try it you will love it.

My husband and I recently started bringing our boys here, and the transformation we’ve seen has been nothing short of amazing.Not that my boys were ever “wild,” but the discipline, focus, and respect they’ve developed since starting has blown me away. Prior to starting martial arts myself, my daughter trained under Mr.Angel was she was about 8-9yrs old. She will be 24yrs old this year! I have had to pleasure of training under him while earning my 1st and 2nd degree black belt. I had to take some personal time away from training. Jan of this year I stepped back on the mat under his new school. I have never met such a humble guy who knows exactly how to teach skills effectively in a positive manner! Mr. Angel takes the time to provide clear instructions and is always happy to demonstrate again if needed. I highly recommend 360 Defense in Windham. Krav Maga is an accessible style of martial arts. I am learning how to defend myself and feel more confident in my day to day life. I carry myself differently and feel empowered. The instructors here, Coach Angel, Coach Mark and Coach Barbara, are awesome at what they do. They are supportive and knowledgeable. They know how to challenge me to be a better martial artist. People of all abilities and ages train here. The school has a great vibe. The people I train with have become a close knit group. We cheer each other on and help each other get better. My fiancées 6 and 8 year old train here as does my 16 year old. It is a family friendly environment that teaches discipline, honor and to not quit on yourself.

My family and I have worked with Mr. Angel for about 7 years (at another 360 location and now at his Windham location). From the minute you meet him you feel his warmth and welcoming spirit.
