Worked with them for like 5 to 6 months. Bought my own equipment for better communication & to able to hear & to speak for better communication. Got blamed for having my own equipment for better communication when I was not able to hear better with loud music & noise. Even with walkie talkies they had with volume all the way up. Had bought myself 2 different types of microphones and earphones & I was still blamed. They are quick to write you up & quick to fire you. Management at the Orlando location is not as great, poor communication & lack of communication. Last shift third shift never showed up & there was no communication from management if the supervisor or employee for the third shift would be showing up from vacation. Did not find out that no body showed up till the next day.

Visited the clearwater area not too long ago and was attempting to invest in a multi-family local. I was able to interact with a member of the team and then get contacted with the management team. Great ability to address concerns and are flexible to extend team to more locations in the Central Florida area.
