I enjoyed my visit and had a nice experience. The waiting area as well as the inside office was nice, clean and spacious. Everyone was friendly, the dentist, assistants as well as the front desk assistant. They checked to make sure I was ok while cleaning and polishing my teeth. The dentist was gentle and I know it’s TMI (Too Much Information) but I had a lot of build up on my teeth and the dentist didn’t make me feel bad for not flossing as much as I should and she was very gentle cleaning up the build up. I really appreciated that because I have left dentist offices with sore and sometimes bleeding gums just from getting a simple clean. I also want to point out the tvs in the room, the doctor showed my x ray on the screen so that I can see what she was seeing while she was talking to me, which was really nice, I have never seen that in any office before. It was an overall great experience and I’m glad I decided to switch dentists and give them a try. Hopefully I always have that experience. Less

This is a great place to get dental needs cared for! The front desk receptionists, manager, and dental assistants are very friendly and helpful! The office is very modern as well. I visited this office twice so far (once for a general cleaning and the next for 2 wisdom teeth extractions) and Dr. Phen is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I have always been terrified of going to the dentist, it was never something i looked forward to. Now in my 30's it still had been like that, which is why i put off for so long getting some extractions. I was told about Secure Dental and decided to give it a try. 8 Months later i have got done all the work i needed to and i feel so much better, no more pain and my back partials are perfect😍 All of the women who work there are so sweet and genuinely kind and caring. Customer service is great and staff members are professional. However my dentist seem to always be in a rush. There was no care plan or talk about what I was concerned about. Went for teeth cleaning and on second visit told her my concern about a tooth that was causing some pain. She told me it was nothing. Next cleaning and I had bleeding gum I was told just scrap your tongue. Well, pain in tooth got worse and bleeding continued. So I went to another dentist and found out that the cleaning was not through. He had to deaden my gums and did regrous deep cleaning, mind you I had regular cleanings at Secure dental. So they only cleaned the surface and did not deep clean. The dentist that I am now seeing talks me through every step and takes time and now my tooth is fine no bleeding gums. Less

This is my honest review and this location deserve 5 stars. Let’s start off with the two ladies at the front desk (Wish I got their names). They greeted me with big smiles when I came in the door. Their energy was very welcoming when I got there and when I was leaving they were very helpful. The young lady that polish my teeth (I forgot her name as well) was very friendly. I told the young lady that I had a bad experience from somewhere else and she made sure that I was relaxed and she made me feel comfortable by having good conversations and lots of laughter. She was very gentle with me and took her time. Dr. Yousefi was the one that did my fillings and extractions. She was very sweet and nice. She also made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I don’t like needles but during the whole process of getting my work done my pain level was mild. She was very patient with me. She did incredible job and fast. I was in and out in no time. I can tell she loves what she doing and she is dedicated in her work. She talk to her co-workers with respect. I will continue going to the Hammond location for now on. I was very pleased with my visit. I would definitely recommend everyone to go here. Everyone did a fantastic job. I started my process of fixing my teeth in February of this year 2024. My first initial visit was to check a tooth molar that was very painful and come to find out it was split. So I have a really bad gag reflex it's gotten worse through the years I'm now going to be 55 years old this year back then it wasn't that bad but I still had a bad one. Well what really drew me to this place really was my first initial phone call the person who answered was Lauren very polite very soft spoken she already put me in a comfortable spot to come in. When I came in for my appointment, I was taken back pretty quick which was very convenient the girl I believe was the dental technician she got me into my room and she explained what was going to happen. She explained we were going to end up doing x-rays first that way the desk can take a look what's going on with my teeth. Well low and behold that gag reflex happen too many times and she couldn't get X-rays. She looked for help and she found it. The person who helped was Sonia she put me in the most relaxed State of mind because the Dental technician and hurt were a tag team all she needed to do was hold the piece that needed to go into the back of my mouth and it took only a few seconds for every single one of them. It actually seemed like on my first visit the whole office was there to help even Dr Phen himself he figured out a way to lessen the gag reflex by doing pressure points. That was my first visit second visit she was able to get the tooth out which found out was split she couldn't fix it so she pulled it out the dentist. It took a little while for that tooth come out but she was able to do it no problem. Third visit I had to get a root canal on my lower back molar on the left side and it was Dr Phen who did it and also prepared my upper right back molar for another crown since I broke the last one. Fourth visit he had to finish the root canal which was a very easy process after they put me under because my gag reflex just didn't want to cooperate. Fifth and final visit Dr Phen n put my crown on which didn't take too much time at all it was easy I didn't have to be numbed and I was out of there in no time. The reason these visits started in February they needed to make sure everything was taken care of before my insurance went out of their Network or their office was out of my insurance Network they didn't want me to have to pay out of pocket even more. I know this is a lengthy review but I give this place five stars and more because of the they put patients first they make sure they're comfortable they make sure they are not anxious and if they are they give him a few minutes to come down and if that doesn't work they they do things to make sure they are. I apologize for not having all the names but I do remember Lauren my first initial phone call Sonia who has helped with everything including the billing the making sure the insurance was taken care of and Dr Phen, they were the key players in my visits but everyone in that office is outstanding I recommend this place to everyone they are so worth going for even if your insurance is out of network I just have to go back every 6 months for cleanings.
