I just want to start off by saying how great this company is! Peek took care of my grandma for several years.the peek office staff and direct care treated her like family. They always made sure to provide her with excellent care! The staff are always very polite, helpful, and go out of there way to accommodate there clients needs to provide the best possible care. You can tell that this is a family owned and operated business, because they make sure to put your loved ones needs first and foremost. Anytime i called in, Stephanie would go above and beyond to see to it that my loved one is taken care of, and all my questions were answered in a timely manner. If your looking for in home care. Peak Medical Home Care is awesome! My family had a wonderful experience with all of the helpers that came in to assist our elderly father. Michelle Zeisler, the territory manager, was extremely professional, helpful, and understanding! She got help into our home on very short notice. We had to make a number of adjustments increasing the amount of time we needed help. Michelle made that happen efficiently so our family's needs were always met. I have been working for Peak senior care for just over a year now , I've been a care giver since 2012 , have worked for lots of different agencies and have not been treated better than at Peak as a caregiver , they give out gas cards if needed to get to clients , they have weekly drawings to reward the good service we provide , they support us , they don't just give us a client and leave us on our own . They take the time to match up the right caregiver for the right client , if we need help or training with something , it is there. I cannot say enough good things about Peak. My parents were in Rockford visiting from the east coast and had an unexpected family emergency. My father has severe Parkinson's and they, Lori in particular, setup a caregiver for my father for the whole weekend within an hour. On top of that, she was understanding, kind and very supportive to me during this stressful time. The caregiver that was provided, went above and beyond with my father, whom she spent (2) 12 hours days with (and he is a handful to say the least). Highly recommend! Less
