I worked with Karita for 3 months and learnt more about myself and where I was headed during that time, than any other course I have taken. She has a knack of getting to the heart of what may be holding you back from achieving more than you ever thought possible. There is always something to learn at her weekly sessions and she often hosts specialists to enhance your performance eg, a marketing specialist. I found her help invaluable and would recommend her to anyone starting a business or wanting to take their business to new heights.

Working with Karita as my coach has been fantastic. She has an amazing natural ability to really listen to you, find out where you're at and where you want to go. She makes it really easy to open up and discuss anything from a personal and business perspective.Karita helped me dig into my past and find out my true drivers in life, what my 'why' is and my purpose in business. With her help, I also got to understand what my strengths, motivators, passions, and values are so that I can leverage them in everything I do.I definitely feel happier, less stressed and more confident as a business leader after working with Karita!I can highly recommend Karita to any other ambitious business owner who wants to achieve more, find their true meaning and purpose to grow their business and personal achievements.Thank you Kreat! 🙏🏻

Karita has a gift for generating real “ah ha” moments! Through her thoughtful questioning and exercises, Karita well genuinely guide you to discovering your purpose. Since completing The Freedom Formula, some of the tasks she set for me have now become daily habits – and I can truly feel the effect of clarity and a positive mindset, not just in work, but in everyday life. Karita is patient, thoughtful and empathetic – which makes it very easy for you to trust her and the process. I thoroughly enjoyed completing the course and would highly recommend the program for anyone that is feeling a little lost in their career and lacking the confidence to make a real change.

Mindset training with Karita was an experience I'll never forget. This was a worthwhile investment in myself, and my business to bring back my confidence, self esteem and my true values. The light bulb moments through visualisation exercises helped me resolve a lot of past issues and bring forward more positivity. Gave me more fire in my belly to push out of my comfort zone and reveal the real me. Thanks Karita - for ever grateful.

I started working with Karita in May 2019 when my business opportunities and community commitments started to overwhelm me & my ability to plan, control & execute. Through a reflective process of me leveraging my strengths & working on my weaknesses, Karita enabled me to find the freedom that has personally improved me as a husband & father to my boys and in my work life, a better business partner & work colleague. Sometimes the questioning and digging deep can be confronting but until I was able to attain this new level of self-awareness did the personal & business development really kick in. I now see my working relationship with Karita as a cornerstone of my development and a sounding board for future business growth. You'd be mad not to be working alongside her!

We can sit there playing the same script over and over in our head and I know from experience, it doesn’t get you far. The script where you question your ability. The script where self-doubt creeps in. Or maybe you are given feedback from your boss you are “just too nice”. You have to take action. Karita helped me do just that. She starts at the very core of you and your values and then dives into what’s holding you back! It can be hard to face but she holds the space for you. I love how she can walk in your shoes, as she too has experienced many of these challenges, whether it's as an employee or business owner. Her understanding, compassion and honesty together with her drive for her clients to live in alignment with who they are - is what makes Karita an incredible coach. If you need help getting out of your own way I would absolutely recommend Karita.

Definitely 5 stars here, thank you Karita for helping me with clarity around a situation I know I was way too close to. As a coach myself I tried it but I think when you are too close to the situation you won't ask yourself those hard questions. You are a one tough (but gentle) soul. Love your work, and I cannot thank you enough for your help yesterday <3 Big hugs 🙏
