Skrapade mina fälgar vid omläggning av nya däck. Nekar totalt när individen blir konfronterad, trots bildbevis hävdar han att det var en gammal skada. Då har jag alltså kommit tillbaka 30 min efter jag var där. Efter många om och men hänvisar han mig till kundtjänsten eller motsvarande. Gör två försök i att få kompensation men det gick inte som planerat. Efter att jag ringer in och förklarar fallet så vill de kontakta mig framöver men så blir aldrig fallet. Tur att det inte var min sportbil som de repade. Har inte satt min fot där sedan dess. Finns bra mycket bättre företag i Vasastan som jag hellre nyttjar.

My name is Csaba Dulovits, and the reason I’m leaving a bad review is because I am standing here in complete shock.I visited your wheel service earlier this week. The staff was extremely friendly, and I left with a good feeling, believing my car and wheels were in professional and capable hands.However, I am now in Alingsås and absolutely devastated. On the way from Stockholm, I started to hear strange noises when braking. I stopped at a gas station to check what might be wrong, but I couldn’t find anything obvious. Since the car drove normally otherwise accelerating, cruising, and even braking at the moment, without any major issue I continued the journey.But once we reached Alingsås and started driving slowly through the city, the noise became louder and more alarming. The car even began to shake at times while slowing down. At that point, I stopped completely because I no longer felt it was safe to continue.When I got out and touched the wheel bolts with my hand, I was stunned they were loose. I couldn’t believe it. I walked around the car, and all the wheel studs were loose and moving.This is a mistake that simply cannot happen.I don’t even want to imagine what could have happened if I had lost a wheel now with my family in the car.You might say I should have double checked myself, but that is exactly why I went to a professional wheel service, to place my trust in people who are supposed to ensure everything is done safely and correctly. Whether this was human error or a tool malfunction, there is no excuse for such a critical failure.

Säkerligen inget fel på ordinarie utbud och bemötandet i sig var bra. Men enligt egen webbsida anger man att "Vi har även stor erfarenhet av lite “udda” bilar som t.e.x veteran och racingbilar."Så var inte fallet, hjulinställning fick avbrytas då mekaniker var osäker på hur man skulle fortgå. Tvekar inte en sekund på att lämna in min vanliga bil till däckgruppen men slöseri med tid att boka och lämna in specialuppdrag här.
