I cannot recommend Focal Point highly enough! I’ve been a patient since 2022. Prior to finding Dr.Park, I struggled to find a doctor who made me feel heard, listened to my dry eye concerns, and had a solution for my dry eyes. With her treatment plan, I’ve had complete relief for my dry eyes with the ability to wear contacts comfortably again. Prior to treatment, making it through a full work day at a desk job looking at a computer screen was almost unbearable, but now I notice no dry eye or discomfort with follow-up maintenance appointments. For my most recent maintenance, I was able to try the OptiLIFT treatment. As always, I had a great experience and continued relief!Dr.Park is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She takes the time to talk through any concerns I have and explain the different parts of her exam and treatment.I also love that she is always keeping up with the latest research and treatments for dry eyes, and eye health overall.The whole Focal Point team is exceptionally professional, welcoming, and kind! I recently completed my first OptiLIFT treatment at Focal Point Eyecare in Carrollton, TX. This procedure, to soften the moisture glands on the eyelids, is a great improvement over my previous IPL treatment. Kristina, Focal Point’s knowledgeable tech, did a great job keeping me informed about the steps of the process and kept me relaxed while undergoing treatment. The procedure itself is painless, quick and relaxing! After fourteen minutes my eyes were already feeling more moist and I’ve noticed an improvement in my blinking just three days after treatment. If you suffer from dry eye, or look at screens all day long I highly recommend talking to Dr. Park and her staff about this new technology and procedure. I’m glad I did!

I just left this place and was totally amazed! From my first contact, earlier in the morning on the phone with Kristina, Dr. Lisa Park's able and vastly talented assistant, my wife and I were treated as though we were the most important patients they had ever had. Upon arrival to the office later that afternoon for our appointment made that same day, we were greeted to a uniquely impressive location with a stylish waiting and office area, combined with a “Bamboo” fragrance that permeated the entire area and gave off the ambiance of serenity and peacefulness. Later, after Kristina's thorough and extensive initial screening and review of my wife's reason for the visit, we were introduced to Dr. Lisa Park, who proved to be a complete expert in her craft. She took the time to not only do the examination, but explained in detail, every option available to my wife to improve her vision. I was astonished by the length of time and complete detail Dr. Park provided us, explaining each procedure, its costs, how it was done, and what she could expect should she choose to have them done. Both Dr. Park and Kristina are exactly the type of professionals you hope to meet at an eye doctor's office. I’d like to start by saying that Dr. Lisa Park and her team are a fantastic group. I knew I suffered from dry eye and have only ever used drops to temporarily relieve my symptoms (when I remember), as I thought it was the only thing to help, kind of like if you remember to take your vitamins, they will work.Dr. Park detailed for me how dry eye happens over time, and that there are different severities, before introducing me to her OptiLIFT solution. As I’m sure many others are, I was interested but skeptical on how this treatment would help my eye comfort, especially during Baseball season when I’m coaching my son’s team.I am beyond thrilled to say that even after my first treatment I felt instant relief. That weekend we had a couple games, with dust and grass blowing everywhere, and my eyes felt great; not itchy, scratchy, watery, or even as red as they usually were. This was a couple months ago now and my eyes still feel good (without needing eyedrops), but I’m also excited for my next treatments and see how much better they can keep getting.
