If you are experiencing aches and discomfort then I highly recommend you visit Dr. Jake or one of his other chiropractors. I have been going to Align Life for approximately 4 years after a back injury. Total relief doesn’t always happen overnight but now I am great and visit the office twice a month to keep my body in alignment as daily activities tend to get my hips out of balance. Dr Jake takes time to listen and also gives you suggestions on other things you can do to improve your posture and balance especially during the normal aging process like diet, vitamins, exercise, etc.
