I had an amazing experience with A to Z Inflatables, even though I had to cancel our reservation due to weather. Their customer service was fantastic—they were always available to talk, and their website made ordering incredibly easy. The prices are very fair, and after placing my initial order, I was able to call and seamlessly add tables, chairs, and a pop-up tent.One of the best parts was that, due to their schedule, we would have had the inflatable for the entire weekend even though we only paid for one day. Unfortunately, the forecast called for thunderstorms, so we had to move our event indoors. A to Z was extremely accommodating, offering either a refund or a rainy-day rescheduling. I opted for the refund, which was processed quickly and without any hassle.Despite the cancellation, my experience with A to Z was so positive that I’ll definitely be renting from them in the future!
