I really enjoy being a part of Amoeba! This gym cares about its members a lot! Shout out to Coach Jess and her nutrition program that has helped me so much in reaching my fitness goals! I could not have done it without her support!! If you are interested in getting help with nutrition (no matter what your goals may be) she is the lady to talk with!!

I was introduced to Amoeba CrossFit by a friend (shout out Rachel) who had only the best things to say about this place. I was recovering from an ACL reconstruction so I was nervous about possibly joining something new with my injury background. The owner, Sam, welcomed me with the best attitude and the coaches provided accommodations that would allow me to ease my way back with caution. Amoeba CrossFit is a place that welcomes all individuals at any fitness level. The coaching staff is filled with talented individuals who want the best for their athletes and put in the extra effort to help them succeed in this sport. New to CrossFit? Amoeba offers a foundations course that involves learning the baseline and helps develop your confidence before being blindly thrown into a class. Have questions on your nutrition? There’s coaches that are certified in nutrition that are eager to assist and guide you in the right direction. Want to grow and excel in your fitness? There’s one on one training offered to help in achieving those goals! This is a place where the community becomes family and the friendships made are cherished forever. I am thankful to be apart of a gym that creates a safe and positive environment for their people!

Love this place. The people are the best as well as the coaches. If you’re looking for a nutrition coach I can’t recommend Jessica Oakley enough as a nutrition coach. She’s so passionate about what she does and only wants what’s best for her clients. I worked with her for 8 months and she not only helped me lose weight but also gain healthy eating habits.

One of the best gyms I’ve ever been a part of. Amazing coaching staff and owner who really want to help you become stronger and functionally fit. I was only at this gym for a year but I’m definitely going to miss the wonderful inviting community here. I went to some of the other CrossFit places nearby but all of them felt cold and uninviting compared to this place. I wish I could just pick this gym up and the community and take it with me where I am moving next. Truly they’ve set the bar up high. Highly recommend setting up a trial run to see what Amoeba is all about. You won’t regret it.

You know I have high standards and I give Coach John and Owner Coach Sam the highest respect and recommendation.The Misfit programming is simple and effective. The coaching gets you stronger, faster, and better each day.Gym is super clean and well run. Parking amble. Great class times. Excellent communication.
