Triangle Family Dentistry has been great. Ashleigh is a wonderful hygienist, very friendly and very professional.

The doctors there are not experienced enough. They can't do root canal and I have to find specialist by myself. The pediatric office that share the same floor with them is good but I don't recommend for adults.

Had very good service for awhile. Poor communication and a hardship led to financial difficultly and they turned us away due to that. I feel that's a pretty hateful thing to do. We had been with them for awhile and now this happend, very disappointed.

I sought out a second opinion because this was a singular tooth in question. The office I visited provided me with a 3d scan with disappointing results. I am now in the process of setting an appointment with an oral and maxillofacial surgeon to have an extraction as opposed to periodontal treatment as referred. Less

Not only were they 25 minutes late for a kid with high anxiety, they lost her forwarded records, thought they were doing a cleaning instead of an extraction, and NEVER administered laughing gas. She felt the entire extraction even with the lidocaine and half way through they gave her novocaine. The reason I requested nitrous was due to her high sensitivity and anxiety. Not only did they mess up this girls experience, they have damaged future appointments wherever we will go, as she is now even more nervous for her next dental appointment no matter what it entails. This was the confirmation given to my by their staff member who was dealing with me following which I went ahead with the treatment. Paid off the money from my side after the extraction and after 6 months I received a bill of $490.70 a week ago. Went to the office to enquire and was informed that the insurance company denied the claim because the benefit start date was after a year. Was told to contact my insurance company which I did and the insurance provider informed me about the same. Went to the office again and asked them that why is it that I wasn't informed about this before the treatment and they responded that the insurance company did not inform this to them. My 1st point of contact was YOUR clinic and I should have been informed before they went ahead with the extraction. Your logic that it's my insurance and I should have known about this WAS completely agreeable before I went ahead with the treatment. Very bad service. How many time you need to do x-rays and keep charge insurance? They took x-rays multiple time and never gave me cleaning appointment, and keep charging insurance for x-rays. I waited over a year before posting this review because I wanted to make sure it was accurate. I was told that I had 5 cavities and treatment would be over $3,000. I got a second and third opinion (oral exams with x-rays) and I only had one cavity. This is either a mistake because of incompetence or a business model to generate revenue.

Two weeks later, the results came back and stated that I have bone loss, peri-implantitis, and inflammation around my implant, I then spoke to my previous periodontist about the findings, whom examined my implant over one month ago, he said that's not possible. Consequently, I sought opinions of other periodontists in the area, two periodontists examined my implant and concluded that the implant is solid, no mobility, no sign of inflammation, and plenty of bone. Furthermore, I was informed that a CBCT scan was completely unnecessary, the health of an implant is determined through clinical examination and x-rays. I’m seeking crown placement from that dental office now. What makes me upset is the fact that TFD relied solely on the findings of the CBCT scan for my treatment plan, their plan is for me to remove my implant, which other periodontists found perfectly good, undergo bone grafting and install new implant, which will cost me over $6000.00. The CBCT scans could have a margin of error, they did not bother to recommend their own periodontists verify the results of the scan by examining my implant, to see if it indeed is mobile or inflamed. I will not go to TFD again, I do not trust their expertise or opinion, I feel they were dishonest and let me down. Less

My daughters and I have been going to the Cary Park office for almost 5 years. We love it here! I have an admittedly irrational fear of the Dentist but the staff at Triangle Family Dentistry are all so nice and so professional. The office itself is beautiful and state of the art. My hygienist, Loretta, makes me look forward to going to my dentist appointments. The front desk staff are always pleasant and very helpful. One of my daughters had her wisdom teeth removed at this office and the experience was a good one for her and myself, as the nervous mom. Thank you for helping me get over my fear of the dentist! As much as a like this place for the doctors and staff, unfortunately it is a technology challenged place .. they dont have means of anything online including scheduling of appointments .. their accounting team sucks .. they dont have an online payment option .. i mean this is 2020 but their backend system seems from the 90s

Super nice office with great staff! The hygienist was so detail oriented and the dentist took plenty of time with me and all my questions.

Dr Barber is awesome at what she does and very calming. She explains what to expect so you don't freak out. I absolutely hate shots in the mouth but she every shot I've gotten from has been very easy and painless. Of course the dental assistants play a huge in prepping the area. I don't think I need to go to any other practice. 👍🏼
