He was thorough when looking for the issue and even went above and beyond making adjustments to the vents and pulling the unit apart to make sure my heat was running the same day. The blower in our furnace went Friday evening. I reached out to Utah Quality H&C on Saturday morning and he replied within 10 minutes. He offered to come take a look at it that afternoon. Unfortunately the parts supplier was closed until Monday. However, James was there at 7:30am, picked up the parts and was at my house by around 9am. My A/C and furnace now work great! It ended up costing a little over 1k in parts and labor. My only small concern was that there was no itemized receipt, so I don't know how the parts/labor ratios broke out. Either way I'm extremely satisfied with Utah Quality Heating & Cooling and I'd definitely use them again! Less

Our new Furnace and Heat Pump (AC) make the house so comfortable. The system is very quiet and the installation looks great. We also had them add a humidifier and a UV air purifier. They were very helpful explaining the rebates offered by the utility companies and the government tax credits. With the rebates and credits we were able to get a much nicer system for the money.
