They did a great job tuning us up. Recommend things that they thought we really needed, and told us where we could probably defer some costs for another year or two. Even cam back to check something later that seemed like it wasn’t working right.

I live in bountiful Utah and our AC stopped working on a Sunday. They were the only place that could come out same day and were reasonably priced and the work was excellent. 10/10 would recommend and I will use them again.

James answered an emergency call on a weekend and was over at our place in a matter of minutes. He really saved us from a disaster! We also had him over for maintenance and a deep clean on our furnace. Very helpful, obviously not trying to oversell/upsell us at every turn. And we felt comfortable having him in our home. Unfortunately the parts supplier was closed until Monday. However, James was there at 7:30am, picked up the parts and was at my house by around 9am. My A/C and furnace now work great! It ended up costing a little over 1k in parts and labor. My only small concern was that there was no itemized receipt, so I don't know how the parts/labor ratios broke out. Our new Furnace and Heat Pump (AC) make the house so comfortable. The system is very quiet and the installation looks great. We also had them add a humidifier and a UV air purifier. They were very helpful explaining the rebates offered by the utility companies and the government tax credits. With the rebates and credits we were able to get a much nicer system for the money.
