Started at CFB about a year ago and cant recommend Crossfit and CFB specifically enough. Its an awesome atmosphere with amazing coaches and community. I've tried all the gyms in the area and nothing compares if you're looking for something that will really push you. Great for all experience levels!

Awesome community with programming that’s constantly evolving to meet the needs of their members. Highly recommend!

CFB is my home away from home - my daily paradise. The community is awesome, the coaches (Diana and Ray in particular) are so knowledgeable and helpful, and Ray's programming is the brilliant "classic" CrossFit I love. By far the best CrossFit gym in the area. I highly recommend, to beginners and experienced athletes alike.

Absolutely loved this box! This was my first Crossfit gym and the experience has made me stick with Crossfit for sure. Coaches are A++ They made me feel welcome from day 1 and are always there to properly guide you through the movements and get your butt in gear during the metcons! Excellent programming that works effectively to build strength and endurance but also with an emphasis on overall health and well being. Fantastic community as well! I have traditionally been a solo guy at the gym, but Crossfit changed that. Everyone is friendly and fun, plus they are just the right amount of competitive to push you to do a little more than you could do on your own. Unfortunately I had to move and switch gyms but I miss my 6:30am crew! Were very accommodating and communicative during the height of the pandemic too. When they had to shut down they let us take equipment home and provided online tools for daily workouts. When it was time to reopen they made sure they provided the safest and most sanitary environment possible with the proper protocols in place to ensure the health of every member. They also offered outdoor classes for those who did not feel comfortable returning indoors. I really can't say enough good things about this gym and hope to get to drop in for a class again sometime in the future!

I've been with CFB for eight years and the coaches are always patient and accommodating for my many injuries and physical limitations. During COVID restrictions, there were so many options to continue working out.

Great box! It's a big space, with friendly coaches, lots of new equipment, and many class options. They're also doing a great job of managing cleanliness during COVID. Katie in particular was really helpful in accommodating me while I dropped in only for a few weeks.
