Worst internet service I’ve had. I’m not able to stream Hulu, Netflix…etc without it buffering. Let’s not even get started on the rude, unhelpful, and degrading customer service!

The worst internet service I've ever had. I do not get what I pay for and apparently neither do any of their other customers. It takes weeks/months to get service issues addressed. Reception/tech support/customer service are some of the most rude, incompetent, unapologetic people I have ever had to deal with. I had good service prior to 2023. It's been garbage off and on all year. Tech support tries to fix the problem remotely and never accomplishes anything. Their terrible service has been blamed on walls, trees and myself. They talked me into a bigger data plan, and since upgrading to their bigger data plan, the service has been even worse. I then informed them that I was canceling at the end of the month and my service is now almost unusable. It's almost like it's being done on purpose. If you live in a rural area, I strongly recommend switching your ISP to Starlink. Whatever you do, DO NOT give your business to Rio Broadband. They're not local to West Texas and they shouldn't be operating a snow cone stand. Not good people. They'll be out of business soon anyway. A quick Google or FB search will tell you everything you need to know about this abhorrent ISP. ZERO STARS. Less
Would give zero stars but can’t we pay for the highest package because I love to game and my girlfriend is a college student but what is either without decent wifi, was good when we first got it but has been god awful ever since can’t go a day without it going out when it storms it never works if we didn’t need it so bad we wouldn’t pay for this garbage
Worst customer service I have ever had. Internet speeds are about 10% of the package we pay for. We have been unable to get the situation resolved through the internet provider.
