I have had 6 days of "network issues" on their end while trying to do work at home. I call tech support and they had no knowledge of this. I contacted billing and was directed to a woman I can only describe as (pretty sure anyone in her life left albeit anyway way possible). So I asked you could have issues for 8 to 9 hours a day and as long as it isn't continuous 48 hours you're SOL. Great customer care over the bottom dollar. Yall really care. It's great to see in an economy where take it or leave it is most people's customer service. I would recommend you to anyone who doesn't value phone etiquette or customer service. Less

Not to mention, he’s a local and has assured us that if we have problems (which we have not) that he would be there to assist us. Fast, reliable fiber internet. Super impressed with the speed that they get on top of things when there’s a mishap.

The worst internet service I've ever had. I do not get what I pay for and apparently neither do any of their other customers. It takes weeks/months to get service issues addressed. Reception/tech support/customer service are some of the most rude, incompetent, unapologetic people I have ever had to deal with. I had good service prior to 2023. It's been garbage off and on all year. Tech support tries to fix the problem remotely and never accomplishes anything. Their terrible service has been blamed on walls, trees and myself. They talked me into a bigger data plan, and since upgrading to their bigger data plan, the service has been even worse. I then informed them that I was canceling at the end of the month and my service is now almost unusable. It's almost like it's being done on purpose. If you live in a rural area, I strongly recommend switching your ISP to Starlink. Whatever you do, DO NOT give your business to Rio Broadband. They're not local to West Texas and they shouldn't be operating a snow cone stand. Not good people. They'll be out of business soon anyway. A quick Google or FB search will tell you everything you need to know about this abhorrent ISP. ZERO STARS. Less
