I had a great experience with BH Roofing, particularly working with Matthew. He was responsive, professional, and took the time to thoroughly inspect my roof and explain what he was seeing. He also provided a detailed report with photos documenting his findings, which was extremely helpful. Matthew has been easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and generous with his time. The project started well with a very informative visit with Matt. He explained in great detail how he assessed our needs and how his company could help. The crew who did the roof portion were well trained and quite professional. There were communication issues with a third-party contractor for the gutter portion of our project, but all were resolved quite successfully. In the end, we are quite satisfied that the result meets our expectations. We would be glad to consider them for any future needs.
