I obtained quotes from 3 local painting companies and although Michael Anthony wasn’t the lowest price they were close. However during the quote process Michael by far move attentive to detail pointing out items I missed as well as the other bidders. Once we started the project we found even more hidden issues. Others may have taken this opportunity to gouge me but he was extremely fair for the added work. In addition to painting the entire exterior of our house we had them repair some wood wrought on an area of our facia, paint some interior ceilings and door frames AND replace all our exterior ceiling fans and lights around the house. Michael Anthony’s a painting epoxied the floor and it looks beautiful . Staff was profession and Mike, the owner , followed up daily to see how the progress was going. We had hen epoxy from the developer sanded away and a nice grey color with accent flakes put down : It looks like granite and so shine and durable . We contacted Michael Anthony's Painting to get a quote on refinishing two wood garage doors. Michael responded to the right away and came out a few days later to check out the doors. Probably one of the most friendly and engaging contractors I've ever delt with! I had the quote a few days later, and it was the most competitive quote I had received out of four others. I accepted the proposal and they started the work within a couple weeks. The doors turned out better than i could have imagined. The doors were originally stained in a black walnut, we decided we wanted to bring out the natural beauty of the wood this time. The crew thoroughly sanded the doors and conditioned the wood. The entire project took about 6 days (lots of sanding!) The final product is just amazing! The crew kept the job site as clean as possible and didn't leave any trash or mess behind. Michael Anthony's painting was brought in after I was extremely frustrated with the paint job on a brand new construction home being built for us in Naples from a local builder. As someone who actually works with contractors daily on renovation projects, I was shocked the builder's satisfaction and delivery of the previous painter's paint job. Flashing all over trim/doors, missed sanded doors, paint on floors, completely mismatched sheens, horrible caulking, lack of any filler (Bondo) on miter joints, the wrong color even, etc. It was a terrible low grade paint job. Michael and his crew saved the job. Came in and redid all the walls and trim and now it's dang near flawless and that is saying something because fixing a bad paint job is no easy task and many painters turn down those jobs because of how hard it is.
