I have pine trees nearby and the pine needles have clogged my gutters. Chris inspects the job and provides a detailed estimate of the action items and the cost of each item. One of his teams did all the work in one day. There was one item they were not able to perform and it was handled very fairly. I'm sure they do a great job but I will not support a company who rides through a neighborhood throwing their brochures in all of our yards. And before the owner responds that this is perfectly legal, no littering is not legal in NC. If you want to market, do what the other vendors do and place a sign at the entrance of the neighborhood.

I had them power wash the house; clean the exterior gutters; clean exterior windows; do a concrete treatment on the driveway & walkway; and treat, sand & seal the back patio pavers. All I can say is WOW! I have to say Rivertown did the best job of any other company I've hired since I've owned the home. And I tried 3 or 4 over the past 15 years. Our home looks like new, as does our driveway, walkway and patio. No more weeds growing up through the pavers. He was even able to remove most of rust stains that have been on the pavers for years. Better yet, he called me ahead of time to let me know he had to reschedule the paver part of the job for two days later and apologized for the inconvenience (even though I insisted I wasn't inconvenienced). Brian did a very good job on the house. Everything looks good with the exception of sprinkler rust on the house. Apparently that is treated separately than the pressure wash. Other than that the company is very professional and responsive.

The vendor arrived right on time. He was very polite and did a fine job. He sprayed the vinyl siding with a cleanser and let it sit while he moved on to another area. Then he comes back and does a double rinse. All dirt and mold is removed. We were very pleased with the results and the cost.

Chris is very easy to work with and he takes great pride in his work. When he finished power washing my house, we walked around together to be sure everything was done to my satisfaction. AMAZING WORK, I am nervous in the beginning. I had been used and taken advantage of by someone on "Myrtle Beach Buy and Sell", when I first moved here from Massachusetts. I didn't know how much you could look up on a professional worker in this state vs what you could NOT look up on a professional in MA. Christopher Johnson with Rivertown Power Washing. Rivertown Pressure Washing was going door to door, the old fashioned way of getting business, which I felt a little leary of. I called Chris to ask him about his prices for Power Washing my house, Power Washing my Driveway and Walkway, and painting my entire 6 Foot High, 24 panels not including gates and a double door gate, which Chris Pressure washed and fixed the gate for me. I asked Chris for 3 references and he provided 3 names, addresses and phone numbers of 3 very content, annual home owners.Chris emailed me promptly with 3 different prices and one bundle price. What amazing work he did. Besides all this work, which we negotiated a price for, I asked him if he would be able to clean off slate tiles that had been over grown with grass and dirt. They were placed from the front driveway all the way to the back gate of the White Wooden Picket Fence and then continued into the backyard, up to the house and extended up the in ground pool. His attitude and work ethics were amazing, Easy to talk to, a work horse. Chris just never stopped once he got going in the morning. He had all the machines he needed, I couldn't have asked for better work if I had done it myself. During the White Picket Fence Painting Spray Gun portion of the project, Chris even brought his wife, Heather to hold a spray guard as to not allow the over spray to get onto the neighbors vinyl fence on one side of my yard. She is definitely a Johnson, another WORK HORSE too. Such kind, nice, professional, funny, comfortable to be around, honest, hard wording Company. I would recommend them to anyone. I am hoping to have Chris back to paint my driveway with a beautiful color cover along with a heat resistant paint for the concrete surrounding the pool and the Concrete under the beautiful Pergolas where we sit and relax after a nice dip in the in ground pool. Currently the painted concrete gets very hot, and this new type of concrete heat resistant paint Chris was explaining and showing me a video on tape that he had just completed at another home, did the trick for me, and I will be having Chris back to install that paint, along with yearly Pressure Washing on the house, and other projects annually and as they arise.
