I had my first appointment with Taylor 2 days ago for lip filler and Botox in my forehead. Taylor spent plenty of time discussing my goals beforehand and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Went for primary care. I was seen right away, very knowledgeable and they listened to my issues. There was a Labcorp right across the street which was very convenient.

Still natural, just lavish. My Botox was great as well, they got rid of my frown lines between my brows (which took maybe 12 hours to settle in). The office was open today till 2, I called and left 2 messages. I also kept calling back to see if someone would pick up. Nobody even called us back. Not very happy!!! Only have good things to say about the care I receive here. This is the first health center I've been to where they didn't pull out their prescription pad! I loved the options, compassion, and time spent with me. Natasha was so kind and caring, and Taylor is so personable and thorough.

One of the worst health and wellness places I’ve ever been too. I went in here for my annual health checkup along to check my existing condition of thyroid. My husband did the same but without any pre existing conditions. Once we got our bills we were surprised at a charge around 350$ for the both of us. We tried calling their billing department and all they say is they will get back to you and they never do. 350 for an annual? There’s no one to provide an explanation of the charges. Our insurance tried calling and gave up. They don’t even have the courtesy to schedule a review of the blood test. After we met with the doctor we were called in to take out blood samples. Since that We had to follow up with them to ask about the tests. And even after following up they would not do anything about it. Unless you call and email couple of times. I have proof and phone records. The service is really really awful. They don't really care for their patients. Please don't go here not only do they fleece you but they don't really care at all.
