Very happy with the care we received with our sick infant. The Dr (I think his name was Ash) was wonderful. As new, scared parents in a really hard time he kept assuring us we did the right thing and were doing a good job. His bedside manner is great and we had a very caring nurse as well. They took good care of us until arranging for us to be admitted to the hospital. Only thing I would say is in the future when arranging for an ambulance for an infant that needs to be on oxygen make sure the ambulance is equipped for an infant, ours was not and it was pointless we could have gotten him to the hospital much faster ourselves. There was no wait and we were well taken care of.

This ER was amazing and so fast. As a scared momma for my son who was having some blood pressure issues- the staff quickly treated him and monitored him. We left feeling the medical issue was handled so professionally and with total concern. The ER dr followed up with us the following evening checking to make sure my son was doing better and it gave us such a great feeling of a hometown village feel. Thank you for handling my baby with such concern

Today we visited Victoria ER 24/7 Emergency Center, and from the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted and taken care of.Our wait time was less than 10 minutes, and once we were in a room, the nurse immediately started asking questions and getting everything going. Within minutes, we were seen by Dr. Hathorn.I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience. Dr. Hathorn took the time to explain everything they were doing and why. After my son’s blood work came back, he went over the results with me and explained anything that wasn’t within the normal range and why his levels may have been that way. I really appreciated that he didn’t just give me results—he made sure I understood them.The bedside manner of both the doctor and nurses was absolutely wonderful. They were kind, patient, attentive, and made both my son and me feel calm and comfortable throughout the entire visit.I have taken my boys here several times over the years, and we have never had a bad experience. Today was another reminder of why we continue to choose Victoria ER 24/7 when we need emergency care.Thank you, Dr. Hathorn and the entire nursing staff, for taking such great care of my son. ❤️ We truly appreciate you all and will definitely continue coming here when we need you.
