Friendly staff. Great bedside manner, minimal wait times at check in as well as after being placed in a room.

Very caring staff. The doctor and nurse was patient with my granddaughter that had a side effect of her medicine which also caused her to have anxiety. The nurse sat with her patiently until she calmed down and made sure she was ok before we left.

The doctor and nurses that tended to my sick daughter were so helpful and very patient with us. I know it’s hard with children and their worried mothers but they took great care of her!

The care was good. The negatives were that I was convinced by the doctor to have an image done that I didn’t believe was necessary. I agreed under duress. The image was not clear, not usable, yet I was charged for it regardless. Dealing with Gwen in billing was a nightmare! I have still not received a receipt by mail as I requested after paying in full. I have been waiting over a month so far.

All the staff was very kind and helpful with good attitudes! The nurse Melanie was especially helpful to us when we had a hard time finding our son’s medicine. She called around for us and gave us the necessary tools to help us adapt to this issue. Overall great experience!

Friendly staff and great care.

Unfortunately had to go to the ER in the middle of the night after an allergic reaction. While I was there, the nurses and Doctor were very patient with me and a few days later I checked my mail and they had sent me a letter wishing me well, that was a nice gesture I wasn’t expecting.

All of the staff is super kind and they actually seem like they actually care about you. I recommend here over any other ER. You won't regret it!!!

We were attended to immediately. The receptionist explained all the preliminary steps needed prior to treatment.The attending Nurse was thoughtful had excellent bedside manner. The physician was caring and immediately addressed my concerns. The best experience I have ever had in an ER facility.

The place made us feel like we were welcomed to be there,that's means alot,since we are people of color.this is how people should be treated no matter what race they are.

The ENTIRE staff has always been so professional and never has made us feel like we are a bother. In fact, the professionals this evening showed genuine concern for my son. I refuse to go any where else. I had a pancreatitis flair up recently and went to Victoria ER. It was so quick and easy getting checked in and seen. Zero wait time to be seen. The entire staff was amazing and took the best care of me.

I chose Victoria ER for fast and friendly service and that’s e a what I got! My nurse Jennifer was very attentive and very professional. She made me feel calm and reassured me everything was going to be fine. Dr Narang was very helpful and ran all test needed to make sure I was good to go! I felt like a million bucks walking out of the ER!

The town of Victoria is so fortunate to have an outstanding emergency center. I could not have asked for better care during my emergency. All staff and doctors are very caring and waste no time getting you taken care of. Shelia even brought me some water and a snack! Victoria ER and all staff are by far the best group of professionals!

Unclean. VERY VERY expensive. They had fans blowing all over the waiting room. And after paying an arm and a leg they didn’t give me the very thing I came in there for.

First time going here. My experience with Victoria ER was great. I know ppl freak out when a person has no health insurance but gotta give it a shot to see if the person can afford the cost. Excellent care. That is all that really matters. The only fluke was that the lobby had carpet which will cause an occasional odor, if not taken care of. Bottom line, excellent care, great advice and good time management.

Loved that the front office assisted in filling out my profile. I didn't have pages of paperwork to fill out. None actually. The staff was extremely friendly and explained everything I needed to know. Had to get an xray. Only took about an hr tops to be in and out. Very nice Dr as well. Thank you for the great experience!

People. This. Is. The. Best. Place. Ever. My family has used it from everything to diverticulitis, to bronchitis, to a toddlers broken arm. Doctors are usually from Houston. Nurses are incredibly kind and patient. The BEST healthcare you can receive in Victoria, is found right here.

It’s such a relief to know that I or my family members will be seen right away. Terrific service - from the receptionist to the doctor- but most especially the nurse- the best I’ve ever had. She’s efficient and nearly pain-free with the needle stick. The doctor seems experienced and thorough. The bill for my sons broken arm didn’t seem to be more than an ER visit anywhere we have been before.

Needless to say, when my results came back, I had little confidence that they were accurate, and since have retested twice with different results from the ER. Less
