We've hired NSHM several times; always very pleased with their work. Most of the jobs were handled by Dan and/or Pete, who have both been simply wonderful to work with; including among other things because they would offer tips/advice about certain other projects that I was thinking about DIY-ing and had asked them about. With two of the roughly eight times we hired them, there was a little part that wasn't done 100% correctly or completely; both times after I called it out, they promptly came out in the next day or two and made it right. I can't say enough good things about North Seattle Handyman. I used them for the first time last week. Dan came out and installed some curtain rod holders and installed a new door sweep on my backdoor. Dan was a courteous and pleasant person. He explained what he was doing; he even hung the curtains and moved the furniture back into place! There ended up being an issue with the door sweep, but, it was nothing Dan had done. The new door sweep that I bought at Home Depot was faulty. One of the co-owners, Pete, came out to my house today and replaced the door sweep at no cost to me. Customer Service is very important to North Seattle Handyman. They want the customer to be happy and I am happy! And I want to compliment Jess who works in their office. She is super friendly and was quick to respond to my e-mail about the problem with the door sweep. And last, but certainly not least both Dan and Pete were sweet to my dog. Less
