Our technician was great. Jason was professional, respectful, pleasant and quick. Once we showed him the key-in pad and the “box” in the closet, he got to work doing what needed to be done. He made about 5 quick trips from the pad to the “box”, including going to the car for a ladder. On his last round, he showed us how to install and use Rcontrol. We did not know it could be so easy to arm/disarm our security system. Thank you very much. Yes, we did switch from another service and Yes we will save money! Highly recommend to all!
