The experience is good with Global link. The agent asked my questions patiently. The technician, Jason took off his shoes when he walked in my house which was nice. Not all technicians can do that. He explained everything to me and walked me through the operation of alarm system.

Bill was great to work with. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and his install did a good job too. I tried calling ADT and they didn't even return my phone call. How can you trust there customer service after the fact when they can't even return a phone call to make a sale. Please support your local business!

So far so good. I have only have had their service since two weeks ago. Conversion from old monitoring system, and installing the camera and a doorbell was professionally done. 24 hours monitoring system seems to be working without issues for now.

Everything sounds great about keep it local, we serve OKC, blah, blah, blah. Globelink installed my system and sold my account within 6 months. So if your're concerned about staying with a local company, this is not your best option.

We were a customer of ADT for nearly 14 years. As time passed, the system, inevitably, started to faulted. The system became unusable due to it triggering for no reason. To get the repairmen to come out, ADT would charge us $100. Global link was the answer to that problem with a more competitive monthly rate. A prayer answered and we were once again able to use our alarm system.

Bill at Globelink and staff did a great job. Service on a late Friday afternoon was top quality.
