I rarely write reviews, let alone a bad review, but considering our recent experience with Superior Roofing, I felt compelled to write. Last week we had scheduled an appointment for an estimate, and the project manger, a Mr. Hernandez, did not show. I called, and the polite, professional, young man who set up our appointment answered, told me he would find out what happened and call back, he never did. Because of the gas shortage, I figured something had happened and called back on Monday. The same young man explained the gas shortage played apart, and we rescheduled for today. It happened again, I wait, and Mr. Hernandez was a no show, I called, was told by the same young man that he would get back to me within five minutes. He did not, no one showed, and no one called. I stayed home from work to wait. If they show this lack of support and respect for someone trying to have them estimate a job, I can only assume that should a job be contracted, the same lack of concern would be the same. I wouldn’t recommend them and suggest folks look elsewhere for roofing and stucco work. Less

Called Superior Roof - sent a representative out to our home - took measurements and two days later had an estimate for complete tear down and replacement. The estimate we were given was a good solid price. Our home was a 2180 square foot ranch. They assigned their staff to come out early on a Friday morning and their crew worked diligently throughout the day and it was hot. To my surprise our roof was completed before dark and the work crew made certain the clean up was done and ran a magnetic rake to ensure any nails were cleared up around the house. Not to mention the contract and warranties and guarantees were outlined and explicit in detail. Superior Roofing work ethics are wonderful and their professionalism is outstanding! After the severe weather we had back in February, every roofing company I called was booked for weeks and weeks, with seemingly no one able to come out and repair the roof and gutter damage caused by a tree falling onto my home. After nearly two months of not hearing back from companies when promised a call, or being told that everyone was still booked from the continuous storms, I found Superior Roofing. I called and told them the circumstances, the damage, and that I needed someone to come as early as the next day, and within three days every bit of damage my roof sustained was repaired. Superior Roofing replaced nearly 80' of gutter, countless shingles, fixed damage to a portion of the ridge, and patched a hole through the shingles and plywood. The crew was professional, polite, and very hard working; the quality of service that we received was phenomenal, and the roof and gutters look flawless. The price for the materials and job were perfectly within our budget, and absolutely reasonable for the wonderful work done. Once we decide to replace the rest of the gutters on our house, we will without a doubt be giving Superior Roofing a call. Less
