My wife and I reached out to Nancy Stanley for both of the houses we bought in the Savannah area and she also helped my sister find a home nearby. Nancy was dependable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. She communicates clearly and often so you are never wondering what she is doing and what needs to happen next. In the first instance, we were mostly operating from outside the state and Nancy handled the walk though and dealt with a less-than-competent attorney who forgot that we would not be present in his office for the closing. Just to cap things off, Nancy gave us very thoughtful and appropriate gifts after the closing and introduced us to some of our neighbors.
