We are thrilled with the home renovation project we worked on with Mancuso. We bought a 60’s era home in Lakewood and wanted to preserve some historic details while also adding a contemporary addition and updating all of the systems and finishes in the home to meet modern demands. The team at Mancuso helped turn this vision into reality with a holistic project management and design approach. Kent, Brian, Liz and Jasmine were outstanding to work with; extremely responsive and collaborative, and all had an eagle eye for detail that we highly valued. We had an overall great experience working with Mancuso and our project manager, Andy. We would work again with them. Andy is experienced and understands the construction business. We appreciated his honesty and realistic expectations for the project. We had a delay with our project and Andy looked into it and helped us understand why it happened. He also expedited parts of the project where he could and immediately corrected or fixed any issues. He was great with almost daily communication and ensured that the contractors completed high quality work. We were amazed with how well our project turned out!

I loved working with Mancuso Homes. I just completed a whole home renovation. Mancuso held my hand and guided me through the entire process. Matthew was my first point of contact, helping me through the initial phase and creating the project timeline. Next, Liz, the designer, helped me to create and design the home of my dreams. She had great suggestions and ideas. She also listened to me about what I wanted and helped to make it possible. Luke, the project manager, was a real pro. His leadership and drive kept the project on schedule, even when there were a few unforeseen hiccups. I had weekly Friday conference calls with him throughout the construction phase of the project. Those calls covered what was accomplished that week and what work was upcoming for the following week so that I knew what to expect. Mancuso uses an app called Builder Trend which made everything easy to communicate from project management and selections, to daily logs, and keeping track of costs. Builder Trend kept us all on the same page and schedule. Each night, Luke would post the work that was done, who did it and pictures to show the progress. With Builder Trend and Liz and Luke's communications, I never felt out of the loop, which took away a lot of my stess, especially considering the investment I made in the renovation. Mancuso estimated that it would take eight months. They finished a few weeks early... And I love the way it looks!

I started the process with Mancuso Homes November 2023 and by mid-February 2025 (3 weeks ahead of schedule courtesy of my amazing Project Manager Luke), I was in my fully renovated home. The Mancuso team was great the whole way through the project. From working with the sales team to scope the project, the design team (Liz primarily), and Luke’s project management, you can tell Mancuso cares about who they hire.During the project I added 970 square feet to my house which is a split level, built in the 60s, and located in Rocky River. The original home had a chimney in the middle taking up important living space between the kitchen and the family room. The home was also missing a primary bedroom suite with a full bath. With the exception of one bathroom, the home went the whole way down to studs. I had MH remove the chimney and put in additions to the front and back of the home and added a floor for the primary suite complete with bathroom.We only had one setback early on with the architect on the project (Arcus group - I would not recommend), Luke managed through the updates expertly ultimately giving me more than I thought I was going to get. The architects missed the staircase placement which required my upper laundry room to need to be relocated.During the ~8 months of construction I only visited the site around 10 times because I was living further away and, really, I didn’t feel like I needed to because Luke was such a great communicator. We spoke every week for a check in call and regularly texted with updates or adhoc questions. Luke also put daily logs into BuilderTrend with picture updates from the project. I have ZERO design eye so right before the project started, I decided to hire an interior designer (Ducy Designs) to help connect the build with Liz’s vision, to furnishings. I connected Ducy Designs with Liz and both teams worked together so well to make everything come together.I’m beyond thrilled with the results of the project and I’m so happy to be living in my dream home. This was such a great experience and I would recommend trusting Mancuso to give you your dream home too.
