We had an awesome time with our driver Victor and Vias, Inc. They were very easy to talk to and to schedule our ride with and very courteous and polite. Victor was willing to play any song we wanted and my one daughter picked Taylor Swift and he also wanted to stop at a drive thru restaurant for us on the way to our hotel cause our plane got in so late at night and we were so hungry. I recommend Victor and Vias, Inc every time and actually this is the 2nd time I used this company and the 2nd time we had Victor as our driver. I will be using Vias, Inc again when we go back to Florida in July of 2027 so Victor you better have Taylor Swift songs ready!! lol!!

VICTOR, who is in charge of Vias Inc. And his entire staff, once again did an an amazing job!It starts with ALEJANDRA, who is in the office. She is extremely organized and helpful in giving quotes and following up with our needs. We needed 5 different trips to get a group of 23 of us to and from Orlando airport from our Solivita community.Victor, our driver, who is the owner, picked 12 of us up on time today for the firsr of five trips. He was extremely professional and friendly, immaculately dressed, and helpful. Communication from start to finish was easy and superb. Victor was an excellent, safe driver and made the start of our trip perfect.Our 12 passengers rode to Orlando airport in a luxurious van that was clean, spacious, and comfortable and we had just enough room for all our luggage.We will definitely use Via Trans Inc again and again, and continue to use them for our group travel!

Even though our International flight was quite late, Victor was in contact with us and provided a quick and easy meeting point all the while knowing our time was ‘fluid’ because of the uncertainty of luggage delivery and immigration wait times. Will use this company again!

Victor provided us with the best experience we have ever had for a pick up. He provided us with updates prior to our landing in Orlando and was right there to greet us when we descended the escalator to the baggage claim.Victor was dressed so professionally and looked terrific. He helped us with our luggage and he was parked right outside, within a few hundred feet of the exit.The drive home in his immaculate and beautiful SUV went so quickly, with wonderful soft jazz on for relaxation. We were home before we knew it. The experience was phenomenal and from now on it will be Victor and Vias whenever we need transport.
