Victor provided us with the best experience we have ever had for a pick up. He provided us with updates prior to our landing in Orlando and was right there to greet us when we descended the escalator to the baggage claim.Victor was dressed so professionally and looked terrific. He helped us with our luggage and he was parked right outside, within a few hundred feet of the exit.The drive home in his immaculate and beautiful SUV went so quickly, with wonderful soft jazz on for relaxation. We were home before we knew it. The experience was phenomenal and from now on it will be Victor and Vias whenever we need transport.

VICTOR, who is in charge of Vias Inc. And his entire staff, did an an amazing job! We reserved a van to drive 7 of us weary travelers home from a vacation abroad.ALEJANDRA, in the office, is extremely organized and helpful in giving quotes and following up with our needs. We wanted to be dropped off at our 5 different homes in our shared community, and she made that happen effortlessly.Yesterday, on Thanksgiving Day, when we all missed our last flight home to Orlando and had to he rebooked on a different airline coming into a different terminal 3 hours later, our driver, Alejandro confirmed that our driver would ge there to pick us up. Such AMAZING responsible service!JULIO, our driver, reached out to say that he was waiting INSIDE the terminal to help assist us with luggage. Wow! He was extremely professional and friendly, immaculately dressed, and extremely patient and helpful. Communication from start to finish was easy and superb. Julio was an excellent, safe driver and made the end of our trip a joy! How kind that he rearranged his own Thanksgiving day plans to accommodate our flight changes.Our 7 passengers rode home in a luxurious van that was clean, spacious, and comfortable and we had plenty of room for all our luggage.We will definitely use Via Trans Inc again and again, and continue to give them a perfect rating!
