Tong De is a wonderful small practice in the Castro. Tony Li has been treating me with acupuncture since September 2022. Tony kindly saw me without an appointment late on the Friday before Labor Day weekend. I had been unable to walk without pain. By the third session he had me walking again with no pain! I highly recommend Tony. He is highly skilled, very kind and compassionate.

recently been in an accident and needed an acupuncturist. Read good reviews and went to try this place out. Tony he's very polite and answer questions, very professional at his job of taking great care of you, patient to communicate with when asking to adjust to what you need. I had my first accupuncture treatment here and was hesitant at first since it was for a possible tear in my maniscus around my knee. However I didn't expect to find out it was all due to an old reccurent back problem of many years. I will do a couple more treatments this coming week. The best part was from the massage treatment afterwards on my back, that is the real problem. I have a serious sciatica condition. So I will go back and have more treatments on my back which will save me from a very likely back surgery if I had not got this done initially for my knee.
