The most honest group of people I have met. Helped me understand the process and requirements to get the house I wanted. Fully disclosed all of the paperwork needed to make my first purchase on a home. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Annie, Carmen and Alejandro.

I have to highlight the excellent job Robert did for us. He went the extra mile at every step of the process, answering the thousand and one questions I asked him, and explaining everything in detail and simple terms. He definitely helped make the experience much more enjoyable. Buying a home is a pretty tedious process in itself. It's not easy. There's a lot of fine print to sign, a lot of aggressive salespeople, a lot of uncertainty and mixed feelings of excitement and frustration at the same time. However, I think there are few people out there who truly care about the customer, who want to genuinely help you, and I feel that Robert is one of them. If you are thinking about going through the experience of buying a home, do not hesitate to contact him. 100% recommended.

I am so appreciative of the assistance I received from Frank Pacienza to close the loan on our property. We had several hurdles to clear and I appreciate Frank's diligence, communication, and hard work in getting our loan processed in a timely fashion. We had an enormous time crunch and he met our deadline. We received a highly competitive interest rate and our closing costs were fully explained. He is efficient, hardworking, patient, and has the knowledge to customize options to meet your home finance needs. He worked very closely with our real estate agent and title company, which were chosen by us. Just a great team player. Frank has great attention to detail and advocates for buyers. He really made our home buying experience a happy experience.

Daisy Quinn is an excellent professional who dedicated her time and energy to make the outcome of both transactions efficiently and successfully completed. It was an honor to be able to work with Daisy Quinn who is a knowledgeable and excellent professional on her field. The transaction was excellently complete thanks to the teamwork developed to close this transaction on time, between the listing agent, Kevin Rosado, with More Homes, LLC, Daisy Quinn, representing Yes, Home Loans, Inc. and myself as the selling agent with Jackie Guelde Realty. Thank you all for the positive and delightful experience! Your assistance, and cooperation were very much appreciated. Thank you!Blanky Marquez Bradshaw, RealtorJackie Guelde Realty, Inc.
