This review is long overdue. I used units because of their pricing and wonderful customer service. I love consistency and absolutes. They definitely deliver on that. There’s two brothers that generally answered the phone until recently when I spoke to a young lady named Lauren, who was just as great. They are so understanding and really do work with you if needed. You can not go wrong with trusting this storage company. I hope they never change because you don’t get money hungry from them. Just business owners that’s really there for the people regardless to who you are!! Authentic and genuine is all I have ever gotten. Thanks guys! I felt safe with my belongings in your businesses care. Additionally, Carson the one that delivers the containers always gave a nice interaction.
