After searching for more than a year, I landed here. The coaches are great, the community is solid, it’s easy to get in there and sweat with likeminded folks. I would recommend this gym for newcomers and old hands alike.

Such a great and inviting place, has excellent coaches, and a very clean facility. A great place for beginners to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit while still challenging to experienced athletes. No need to fear that you are not fit enough, they make it easy to work with any skill level.

I honestly love it here!! Coach Eddie is great and very caring for all the trainees. The environment is very friendly and great support when doing the workout.

The instructors here are amazing. The schedule works really well for me. The crew create such a welcoming atmosphere. They are patient, encouraging, and really make you feel comfortable.

Have been going to Posted since June 2013. Lots of things have changed in my life during these last 10+ years (many moves, a pandemic, pregnancy, and now a new mom) I’m glad Posted has been a constant in my life throughout all of it. The gym has a healthy balance of competition and community where everyone shows up to support one another.

I worked out here for a week while I was visiting the area, and had such a wonderful experience! The 6am crew (coaches and athletes) were very welcoming, and the prescribed workouts were solid. Thanks so much to everyone who embraced me as a part of the Crossfit Posted Family while I was here! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town!

I am so glad that I found CrossFit. This is the type of gym my body has been craving for. The workouts are amazing, I usually leave dancing and feeling fantastic. The community here is great, friendly and helpful.

Coach Eddy is the best and this is great place to work out. The gym is just north of I-55 and easy to find. If your heading home to the suburbs from the city in the evenings and want to work out, check the gym schedule and exit at 1st Ave.

Crossfit Posted has a great culture. We want to have fun, get healthy, and get stronger. Eddy is a great coach and addresses mobility and injury prevention during each class. Even though I moved farther away from the gym, I still drive in every week. I can't find another gym anywhere else.

I have been a member of Posted about 7 years now. One of the best choices I have made. Posted is my place where I go to relieve my stress, achieve my health goals and hang out with my second family.

I've been going here since Summer 2022 and have loved it. The workouts are fun and I can work at a pace/intensity that works for me. I like how the coaches emphasize warm ups and injury prevention. I've gotten more flexible in addition to building strength.

Love this gym! I’ve been doing CrossFit for 8 years, 5 at Posted. I love the people here! Even through 2 pregnancies I have been able to workout at my own pace and slowly return postpartum.

Posted has been my home since the day gyms opened after the pandemic. I am so glad I found this place. I’ve learned so much and made many friends. The coaches and members are kind outgoing people.

I love that I can bring my 3 kids here for CrossFit Kids class while I work out on Saturdays. This is also a great place to meet some amazing gym friends to work out with consistently, which keeps me motivated - I highly recommend!
