I just want to follow up on my review from yesterday, the owner contacted me personally and apologized and has attempted to make things right. There was a miscommunication with the price of the garbage disposal. The price that she quoted me over the phone just now was much more reasonable. I am satisfied with the customer service I have received today regarding what happened yesterday. I am open to using this company again after talking to her today.
