I dropped by the office because I was concerned that my right hearing aid was not working well. They immediately looked at it, fixed the problem and additionally cleaned both aids for me. The problem was addressed without a question. And, they showed reminded me how to integrate the hearing aids with my spotify app. as a bonus! All in the office are helpful, pleasant and very good with the customer. I am grateful for the excellent Healthy Hearing and Balance staff.

was scheduled for a hearing test but 1 ear blocked with wax so Dr Hart was very honest and said I needed to reschedule after wax removal and gave me information with several choices to get this done. everyone in the office was polite, pleasant, and efficient. I will return there for my testing!Saw wonderful Dr Morrow and ear all clear. So now hearing test rescheduled & mild loss. Had testing again 1 + year later and hearing declined, so got hearing aides for a one week trial. Clarity of speech & sounds improved so decided on 2 state of the art hearing aides which Dr Hart fitted and refitted until comfortable. They are also linked by blue tooth to an app on my IPhone for convenience. I was pleased to be reassured that I can call with any questions and concerns and get annual hearing tests for adjustments. I recommend this office to everyone as it is #1 in quality and kindness!

Very warm and caring atmosphere by all staff. Dr Dolan is excellent. She explained my hearing test, results plus selection and fitting of my hearing aids fully and answered all of my questions.

I had an excellent visit with Dr. Dolan today. She was professional, compassionate, and very attentive. My hearing test was conducted efficiently, and she explained test results in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciate her patience in answering all of my questions. Dr. Dolan genuinely cares about her patients, so I highly recommend her to anyone looking for expert audiology care!
