EDIT: Updating this review to include that the owner of the company called me to fix the situation, and both refunded me a portion of the cost and also offered to have cleaners come out and attend to anything that needed attending to. I appreciate the willingness to fix the error and attention to good customer service. Communication was great, the company was great about rescheduling when an issue arose - and parts of the condo were sufficiently cleaned. The cleaners were originally scheduled for two hours but I ended up being charged for about four hours so I assumed everything would be deep cleaned. However, the blinds still had construction dust on them from when the painters worked on the walls in the days before, and my realtor had to clean all of the floors himself to get them shiny because they were sticky and dirty. That's not what I would really expect from a deep clean, so that was disappointing.
