Great towing company. My most recent experience this week was excellent. Mo was fast, courteous, supportive, and someone I can rely on. My wife and I have used MVT several times to get us out of a jam. Keep his phone# in your contact list and in your vehicle's folder with the manual; you never know if and when your vehicle will become incapacitated.

Mo was quick to respond and came within 20 mins. Once he arrived, he took care of everything without having us wait around in the minus 15 degree weather. Took pictures as proof of delivery of the vehicle as reassurance. If you are looking for a tow, he's your guy!

The wait was with the tow! I had a flat tire and called in the midst of the afternoon rush hour. Moe efficiently loaded my car onto the dolly and drove carefully to the garage, mindful of the vehicle’s length and Ottawa potholes, which was much appreciated, and as importantly, his rate was reasonable. Service overall was terrific - keep it up!

This guy is fast, friendly, and fair. For a dead engine, the guy answered right away, gave a good price, got to my car fast, did his professionally, and even noticed that I was thirsty and got me some water. I was back home in under a hour and my car was safe.

Had issues with my car starting twice and he was very helpful both times. The first time I just had a dead battery and he had a jump kit which saved me a bit of money, the second time I definitely needed a tow. Will keep him in mind if I ever need a tow again!
