Terrible customer service. It honestly feels like they care more about keeping the $150 than valuing a returning customer. I had a booking but needed to cancel because of an unforeseen circumstance. I called and got no answer. I texted and only received an automated AI response, and even after explaining the situation, nobody followed up with me. For a business that claims to care about customers, this was incredibly disappointing. There was no real communication, no effort to help, and no understanding at all. The whole experience felt cold and money-focused, and it really shows how little they value customer loyalty. Will be in contact with my bank to get my money back.

Such a great basketball court rental. Everything was ready when we arrived, the space was clean, and the whole experience was smooth. You can tell a lot of care goes into this place. Highly recommend to anyone looking to hoop
