Let me start by saying if I could give 10 stars I would. Hope and her crew came out and took great care of us on very short notice. We didn't know the exact issue we just knew sewage was coming up out the tub and toilet in our house. They looked at the problem and got to work digging and diagnosed and fixed the problem. We didn't know the exact issue we just knew sewage was coming up out the tub and toilet in our house. They looked at the problem and got to work digging and diagnosed and fixed the problem. Within a few hours our bathrooms were back to normal. Hope explained everything they were doing in detail and answered every crazy question we had. If you are second guessing calling, don't. We had Hope come out to help identify the location of the access points for our septic tank. We haven’t ever had a pump-out done on it since we’ve lived here, so we were unsure of where they were. She’s a pro at backing her bright pink flamingo truck with the trailer in tow into our driveway on a busy road. And an ace at maneuvering her mini backhoe! We had a toilet that wasn't flushing. Something had been flushed that shouldn't have been. :( We tried to fix it ourselves, but were unsuccessful. A friend referred us to Flamingo. We called and Hope, their owner, came herself! She got to it immediately, cleared the line, and we have a functioning toilet! Thank you, Flamingo!
