BTH immediately stepped up. Their team was able to secure a brand-new warranty powerhead and have it air-shipped within 24 hours. Even more impressive, the installation began practically the moment the crate was delivered. There was no unnecessary waiting or runaround they understood the urgency and did everything possible to get me back on the water as quickly as possible.I also want to recognize their excellent parts department, led by Lorinda. She and her team are knowledgeable, responsive, and always go above and beyond to make sure the right parts are located and delivered as quickly as possible. Their efficiency played a major role in keeping everything moving during my repair.The billing department, led by Abigail, also deserves recognition. She has always been professional, organized, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Huge thank you to BTH Marine! We trailered down to Islamorada for a fun week on the water, and unfortunately, the electric power steering pump on our Verado L6 400 decided to give up. We managed to get the boat back to the dock and headed straight to BTH Marine. Their parts manager was absolutely incredible—extremely knowledgeable, knew exactly what we needed, and helped us convert to the new-style steering system. I was seriously impressed by their knowledge, customer service, and parts inventory. They had everything we needed when we needed it most. Needless to say, BTH Marine saved the trip!
