The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and highly qualified in fitness and personal training. Since joining the gym, I have lost 35 pounds, and at 69 years old, I am back to bench pressing 225 pounds for two reps.When I started, I honestly wasn't sure whether I could regain the strength I once had at my age. Through a well-structured, regimented fitness program and dedicated one-on-one personal training, I have proven to myself that it is possible. I'm back.But the greatest accomplishment isn't simply the weight I've lost or the weight I can lift. It's the improvement in my overall quality of life. I am stronger, more active, and able to do so much more in my everyday life than I could before I started.I am extremely grateful to this amazing staff for their knowledge, encouragement, and commitment to helping me reach my goals. They haven't just helped me get back in shape—they've helped me regain strength, confidence, and a level of physical capability that I wasn't sure I could achieve again at 69.Thank you to the entire staff for helping me get here.

This place is awesome. Started bringing my boys here to strength train for basketball. Both boys are not only getting stronger and faster but are loving it. The coaching here is amazing. Awesome place!

This is a great supportive gym. I’ve loved working with my trainer Sarah for well over a year now. If you bring up a concern she listens to you and adjusts your routine, makes recommendations, etc. I’ve been so blessed by the excellent knowledge and excitement she has for her craft. Her consistent kindness, support and positive energy keep me motivated!

I can’t say enough good things about this gym. The personal training program has genuinely changed how I approach fitness — the trainers actually listen, build a plan around your goals, and adjust as you progress instead of just running you through a generic routine. I have recommended this gym to my dad, friends new to their fitness journey, friends who love to workout, and even my kids love to workout here!But (maybe more importantly than the workout), what stands out most is the sense of community here. The trainers and other clients know each other, cheer you on, and genuinely care! 5 stars, 10/10, Exceeds expectations… all the accolades!

I've been training with Sarah at the WPTS for about 3yrs now and could not be more grateful for her. My first few visits were rough; I'd never spent time in a gym before, had a considerable amount of weight to lose, and was terribly uncomfortable, feeling very much like I didn't belong there. Eric, WPTS's owner, was incredibly patient and helped those early workouts feel approachable in a way I never expected. A few weeks in, he introduced me to Sarah, and she's been my personal trainer and a constant source of encouragement ever since. Working out under the supervision of another woman, another mom, who so clearly understands fitness and form but is also attentive and sensitive to issues specific to women, has been an absolute godsend. After three years I've gone from "I don't belong here," to someone who's proud of the strength I've gained and progress I've made. I'm also 10lbs away from my goal of 100lbs lost. 🙌 Could not have done it without WPTS, and Sarah specifically!

I’ve been going here for close to three years now, and I can honestly say this place changed my life.I started at 40 years old having never worked out a day in my life. My diet was terrible, and I had decades of neglect working against me. Walking into a gym at that point felt like trying to fix 40 years of bad habits overnight.Fast forward to 43 and I’m in the best shape of my life.All the things you hear fitness people talk about that sound almost exaggerated? They’re real. My stress levels are way down, I sleep better, I have more energy, and a lot of the aches, pains, and inflammation I used to deal with daily have improved significantly.And that’s saying something, because being in my 40s, I’ve had my share of nagging issues and some unique physical limitations. What stood out to me is how professional and knowledgeable the trainers are here. They don’t just push workouts, they actually work with you. They’ve helped me train around injuries, adjust when something flares up, and still make consistent progress. That’s been a game changer.This place has also had a ripple effect on my family. My wife now works out here too, and it’s become something we both value. They’re very family-oriented there’s even a Saturday morning kids class that my son absolutely loves.This isn’t your typical $10–$50/month big box gym and it’s not trying to be.
