If you want: - An awesome place to do strength training - Always get equipment that you want without queue - Supportive community to help you out - Responsive support from IOPC admin (some gyms take "years" to get back to you) - $15 body scan! And always available! Other places charges $40 to $50 bucks a pop and have to queue. Uxe this to track your bodycomp progress every 3 - 6 months This is the place to go. The gym membership is a small price to pay for the above. My go to place for 2 years since I lived around the area. No contest

After being out of the fitness scene for 5 years +, doing extensive research on gym facilities around the area and talking face-to-face with staff members. I found this place to be the best (from my personal experience). Not only did the staff make me feel welcomed and safe. They helped me regain my confidence and motivation back. Huge thank you to Bec and Isaac, you both are exceptional trainers with phenomenal knowledge of the fitness industry and everything that surrounds it. The place itself is well equipped for beginners and intermediate levels of experienced gym-goers with great facilities on site.
