If you want: - An awesome place to do strength training - Always get equipment that you want without queue - Supportive community to help you out - Responsive support from IOPC admin (some gyms take "years" to get back to you) - $15 body scan! After being out of the fitness scene for 5 years +, doing extensive research on gym facilities around the area and talking face-to-face with staff members. I found this place to be the best (from my personal experience). Not only did the staff make me feel welcomed and safe. They helped me regain my confidence and motivation back.
