I cannot recommend Upstate Septic Pro highly enough. We had several issues with a septic system that had been installed by someone else, and Dawson came out and got everything taken care of for us. He was very knowledgeable, explained exactly what was wrong, and walked us through what he was doing to fix it.Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Dawson kept us informed about when he would arrive, what work needed to be done, and what we could expect moving forward. He even came out late to help us when we were in a tight spot, which my wife and I greatly appreciated.Dawson clearly takes pride in his work and stands behind what he does. His pricing was also very fair, especially considering the quality of the work and the level of service he provided. My wife and I could not have been happier with our experience.I am not normally someone who takes the time to write reviews, but I had to make an exception after the great experience we had with Dawson and Upstate Septic Pro. Upstate Septic Pro and its owner Dawson solved an our complicated septic drain field issues. Every one of his workers were exceptional. They rarely took breaks, and continued working even in the 90+ temperatures. They arrived on time and stayed late to get the job done. They were friendly and made sure we were happy with what was done. They were very focused on listening to us and getting the details right.
