A word of caution: Townley charges customers over $90 just to inspect Polaris robotic pool cleaners under warranty. I was referred to them by Polaris as one of their authorized warranty centers. The issue I’m facing is with the control box for the machine, where the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth feature isn’t functioning properly. This is disappointing because I've previously had positive experiences with Townley, especially when purchasing pool chemicals and other supplies. Following this, I contacted Leslie's Pool Mart on Bowman (another recommended warranty center from Polaris), and they immediately accepted the unit, ordering a replacement at no charge. Charging customers for simply inspecting or replacing equipment that is covered under warranty feels like price gouging. I strongly suspect this is not a practice endorsed by the manufacturer. Less
