This was our first time buying a HT.Really didn’t know have much knowledge in them. Dana salesperson, was very easy to talk to.Answered every question we had. We were able to decide on what we wanted that day. It arrived earlier than expected.installed professionally. Couldn’t have asked for it to go any better than it did. We bought a Hot Spring spa from this company and it had problems from the first day it was installed. Every time we called to report a problem they were very quick to send Sean to work on it. He came to our home about 4 different times and was always very nice and an extremely hard worker. David Townley was a great advocate to bring about a successful conclusion to fix the problem. I am sad Townley Pool has changed there service policies. They have opened and closed my pool for nearly 20 years, ever since it was installed, and it has never taken three weeks to get the pool working. They will be coming back next week to repair some broken lines which is great but what if they find something else wrong. They do not provide service at that time they leave the site prepair a quote and then reschedule another trip out to complete a needed repair. Thats why I have been waiting three weeks so far and will be even longer if they find something else broken. They only complete work they have previously quoted and scheduled. In the past Townley Pool has always repaired what needed to be fixed got the pool working and provided a great service. With there new policies things are different. I really have no idea about how long it will take to get my pool open and working. I just hope they do not find anything else wrong or there is no telling how long I will be waiting. Less

I go here because this is the main/ only close Hot Spring Spa dealer. The products are good, no doubt, but the main owners are not friendly. I don’t care what your personality type is, if you’ve got someone dropping thousands on your products and services, you don’t have a snippy and rude attitude. In short, I go back cause I have to; not cause I want to. Less
