Josh and John arrived on time, installed the propane tank, and provided a set of concrete blocks to level the tank on our property (previous supplier required us to have that be done ahead of time). The tank also included a propane level monitoring device, which allows us to easily see the remaining propane amount and request a refill if needed through an app. Price per gallon was very reasonable. I love this company! Josh, Brandi and Delores are so nice and helpful, prices are reasonable, they respond promptly and changed out my tank in about 30 minutes. I was with Ferrell Gas but the customer service left much to be desired and the prices were extremely high! I prefer to pay in advance but I was always left waiting 15 days for my propane to be delivered. Propane West Coast offers transparency, honesty and integrity.
