I called Rick in for my nans house after another firm left her front room fire unsafe to be used. My nan is nearly 80, Rick explained everything to me. Took the fire apart completely, did all the relevant checks and would not leave until he was 100% satisfied it was safe to be used again. Rick is very respectful! Alas after hours of him running out the door to go on holiday an error problem came up on the bolier and stopped working. Might be good at doing little jobs but I feel this was way out of his league. Fitted a radiator and upgraded piping from 10mm to 15mm. Great job at a great price. Comparing to a more widely known company I’ve used he was cheaper and much better service. Turned up on time and was conscious of my opinion - to make sure the job was done to what I wanted. Most tradesman come in, get paid, go home and don’t care... he’s not like them that’s for sure.
