Steven's extensive education, experience and understanding of the human body allows him to really see what your body needs - how it has not been moving and what needs to be done to get that mind/body connection firing again. He does this so that when you build up to the heavy lifting and extensive cardio, your body is going to walk away feeling good in a way that allows for a life of enjoyment. I haven't even gotten to the best part yet, the Underdog fitness center is completely mobile, so Steven actually drives the gym to your doorstep, a fully equipped facility that caters to every fitness journey. This is a huge game changer as you no longer have to drag your butt to the gym which, let's face it, is a task in itself especially in the beginning of your journey. There is no greater accountability than seeing the gym parked outside your window, Steven standing there with a big grin on his face, partly because he is a great guy and partly because he is about to make you work.
