Tech connect always updates if there's gonna be a network interuption...even when u have a problem they will attend fast I'm happy with them.....the only thing I would like is a movable router coz I'm not always at home otherwise I'm giving them 10 stars

It’s been over a year since I’m using techconnect. Initially service was good but recently there’s a lot of breakdowns. We are now relying on WiFi every day meaning if a day goes by without internet connection it’s a big problem to me and my kids are now used to streaming. The speed of this days is questionable.

What I most appreciate about this company is that it does not matter if its a Sunday or after hours, if we have an emergency, they are always willing to send out a tech to help - so that we can keep working! They are fast, efficient and effective. Keep up the good work guys.
